Yogatree at Spadina and Richmond
I’ve been trying to go back to yoga this week but it’s harder than you might think, especially because I took about 1.5 months off for no reason. Grumble. Grumble.
Going back to hardcore exercise after a long gap can mess up your body which is exactly what I did to mine. I hit up hot yoga two days in a row, back to back. Luckily I didn’t get sick or get a cold but I definitely over-stretched and over-bent my joints.
It feels good to be back in the flow though.
